The TOP-FLO® 3A & BPE disc type 316L check valve can be used in a variety of hygienic processes depending on valve construction. Valves can be supplied either with clamp or extended butt weld type to facilitate orbital welding. Configurations in both concentric (T45/MC45) for vertical and eccentric outlet (T45E/ME45) for horizontal installation. Internal surface finishes available are BPE SF1, SF4, and SF5. Oxygen clean/cap/bag also available.

  • Operating pressure: T45/T45E – up to 150 PSIG MC45/ME45 – up to 349 PSIG

  • Materials: 316L, AL6XN, Hastelloy, 2205
  • Seals: FKM, EPDM, Silicone, PTFE, FFKM
  • Disc: Flat or Guide Finger type
