Stainless Steel Spray Balls for CIP Tank Cleaning
Sanitary spray balls are stationary cleaning devices that distribute water or cleaning solutions through precisely positioned openings. As fluid passes through the spray ball, the arrangement of these openings directs the spray toward designated areas within the vessel.
Unlike rotating cleaning devices, static spray balls contain no rotating spray mechanism. Their effectiveness depends on proper spray pattern selection, flow rate, operating pressure, vessel geometry, and cleaning conditions.
