Air Blow Check Valves for Evacuating Product and CIP Solution Lines
The TOP-FLO® Air Blow Check Valve is designed to efficiently evacuate product and CIP solutions from sanitary process lines while also providing air agitation for tanks and vessels. These valves help protect pipelines from corrosion by thoroughly drying process lines after cleaning and rinsing, allowing a protective oxide film to form on stainless steel surfaces.
In addition to line drying, air agitation improves product mixing and blending, helping enhance product consistency, uniformity, and overall quality in sanitary processing applications.
The Air Blow Check Valve can be installed in either horizontal or vertical positions and mounts easily to ball check valves or tanks using a clamp, gasket, and mounting ferrule with no additional fittings required.
